Steve Isenburg Appointed as Governor of CPCU Society's Northeast Region; Recipient of 2020 Eugene A. Toale Memorial Award

New York, NY – Steve Isenburg, 2018 President of the CPCU Society New York Chapter, has been appointed to the position of Chapter Governor in the Northeast Region, covering three Chapters:  New York Metro, Westchester County, and Bermuda. As Chapter Governor for the next three years, his responsibilities include increasing Chapter collaboration and involvement, recruiting new designees and other CPCUs for local CPCU Chapters, encouraging participation for CPCU sponsored events, and supporting the Leadership Summit and In2Risk.

“I’ve been so honored to work with the New York Chapter and its members,” said Steven, “and to be able to continue that work in the Governor’s role is a great way to continue to share my passion for the Chapter and our industry.”

Steve is also the recipient of the 2020 Eugene A. Toale Memorial Award. The Toale Award recognizes individuals for promoting professional development and education within the insurance industry.

Steven is currently the Director of Global Learning and Development at Starr Companies, responsible for training programs for this global Property/Casualty insurer.  He has presented on various insurance topics to the New York CPCU Chapter, and worked as an Adjunct Professor, creating and presenting leadership courses at Rutgers and CPCU exam preparation courses for St. John’s Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management.
