Tom Clune

Thomas Clune, CPCU, AMIM graduated the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point NY in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation, a USCG Unlimited Tonnage 3rd Mates License and a Commission as Ensign in the U.S Naval Reserve. Upon graduation he joined Great American Insurance Company as an Ocean Marine Claims Adjuster.To gain further knowledge in the insurance industry, he attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in 2007 and Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM) in 2011. He has been a member of the New York CPCU Chapter since 2007.

Gina Ciorciari

Gina Ciorciari, CPCU, AU, AIS, AINS, ASLI has been a CPCU designee since 2012. Gina is currently a sales operations analyst for Aon, focused on contract compliance, data and analytics, and local marketing initiatives. Prior to this, for a total of 6 years, she worked for various underwriting operations groups within the Consumer Insurance and Commercial Insurance business units of AIG. She is a Dynamic Leadership, Level 5 of Toastmasters International and past president of the Aon NY Chapter. In 2009, she earned her BBA in I/O Psychology from CUNY Baruch

Peter Sands

Peter Sands, CPCU, CIDM received his CPCU designation in 2016 and is currently an Statistical Reporting Analyst at Arch Insurance focusing on statistical insurance data and reporting.  Previously, he has underwritten specialty financial lines for Great American Insurance Group and Ryan Specialty Group.  He started his career in insurance by receiving a B.S. in Enterprise Risk Management from the Pennsylvania State University.

Nick DelVino

Nick DelVino, CPCU received his CPCU designation in 2017 and has been involved in the NYC chapter from the start.  His insurance career began with AmWINS Group in 2014, where he has transitioned through four roles into his current position of Vice President.  His is a Casualty broker specializing in Construction, Products and Real Estate.

Natanella Har-Sinay

Natanella Har-Sinay, Esq., CPCU is a Product Management Supervisor at Argo Group US. After working as an attorney for several years, she began her insurance career as a Senior Consultant at Coulter & Associates, and subsequently joined ISO/Verisk Analytics as a Senior State Relations Analyst. During that time, she earned her CPCU and quickly became involved in the NYC chapter, eventually taking on the roles of Events Chair, Treasurer and Director.


Steve Isenburg

Steve Isenburg, CPCU is a Director, Global Learning and Development, at Starr Companies. Steve is responsible for training initiatives, organizational development, and performance management for all of Starr’s employees.  Steve began his insurance career in 1988 and obtained his CPCU designation in 2001. He served as President of the NY CPCU Chapter in 2018 and is currently serving as Governor of the New York, Westchester, and Bermuda Chapters.  In 2020, he was awarded the Eugene A. Toale Award for promoting professional development and education in the insurance industry.

Jason Lerman

Jason M. Lerman, CPCU is a Senior Underwriter with Global Energy for XL Catlin. Prior to Catlin he worked in the Energy Casualty unit of OneBeacon. Previously Jason was at AIG Global Energy Excess Casualty on the National Accounts team as a Senior Underwriter. While at AIG, Jason covered Petroleum, Petrochemicals, Power, Renewable Energy and Agriculture. He began his career with Chubb in the Energy Resources Specialty unit, writing both Property & Casualty coverages. Jason was conferred with the CPCU designation in 2007. He is an alumnus of New York University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.

Martin Ridgers


Martin Ridgers, CPCU is a seasoned professional insurance executive who has lead and managed underwriting teams, earning the respect of the top brokers, carriers, reinsurers and customers worldwide. Throughout his career, Martin has led and motivated underwriters to produce over a $100 million in premium. He has created policy forms and rates for casualty, auto, property, professional liability and workers compensation, amongst others. Many of these forms and rates are still widely used today.
